About 24 years ago, I hooked on marathon.
Then I could run 42.195km under 4 hours.
But 10 years ago, I stopped marathon and started to play tabletennis that I used to practice in high school days.
Tabletennis is more moderate than marathon.
I have gained weight, but I no longer worry about the strain on my heart.
