という質問に対して、かなりつっこんだ回答ができた。
Japan is a male-dominant society. If we don't change that, women with jobs won't want to get married.
About 25 years ago, a man proposed to me.
But I didn't like the proposal and didn't accept it.
He said, "I will hire you as a housewife."
If we do not change such a society, birth rate will not go up.
では、この社会をどうやって変えて行けるのか？
I think the solution is to show young people the image of a lively working woman and change their mindset.
Therefore, I want to continue working.
若い人の意識は少しずつだけでも変わっている。
その意識変化を促すことだけが、私ができる私の使命だと思う。
