愚策😔国立大学独立行政法人化

本日のお題は、日本人の研究の質が国際的に低下しているとのお話。

全ては20004年の国立大学の独立法人化という愚策によるものだと私は思っている。

In April 2004, all of Japan's national universities became independent corporations.
This system reform was created by the Japanese government to force national universities to use their own efforts to procure research funds from external organizations like companies.
The real purpose of the government is to reduce research costs.

研究に専念できなくなるというより、企業の利益に繋がるような研究に偏ってしまうことに問題がある。

何れにしろ、与党自民党の基礎研究軽視が、今の日本の研究レベルの低下を招いたことは間違いない。

もう、「技術立国」なんて言うのも恥ずかしい。
