本日のお題は、もうすぐオリンピックが開催されるパリで、トコジラミが半端なく増えているというお話。

トコジラミが広がっているの原因の一つは、

この背景は、首都たるパリの半端ない汚さがあるのかも知れない。

She said that the reason the streets of Paris had been dirty was the problem of education of Parisian citizens.
She thinks Parisian citizens don't have consideration for others.
They throw garbage on the roadside without any shame.
In addition, they make up plausible excuse.

They consist that they drop litter to protect the job of cleaning staff.

呆れた話だよね。
オリンピック誘致の基準は都市の清潔度も是非入れて欲しいものだ。
