In my hometown the alert mail of tumami was issued.
Because of system's trouble, the smartphone alert mail kept being sent over 20times until 4 am in Kanagawa prefecture in JAPAN.
Most of people living in Kanagawa prefecture, didn't get enough sleep that night.
Next day, Kanagawa prefecture governor apologized us on the Twitter.
