中華人民共和国🇨🇳は、27年連続で軍事費を増やしてきてのにね。
会話は講師が自分がこだわってい“るmedicinal plants from teh Amazon Jungle.”の話ばかりされて、exerciseはreadingだけで終わった。
レッスン中やたらコーヒーを飲んでいたが、それも一種の“medicinal plants from teh Amazon Jungle.”だそうだ。
こっちも疲れてたので、話を合わせてしまった。
“medicinal plants”は日本語では“yakuso”といい、Chinese characterでは「薬草」と書くという、どうでもいい話で応じてしまった。
予習の段階で気づいたのが、mediation（仲裁）とmeditation（瞑想）ってよく似てるってこと。
ちなみに、mediationをつかったのは、 exercise4のquestion1

But UN may not have such powers.
Russia will abandon more invading due to prolonged sanctions imposed by many countries.
一番の問題は、国際連合の無力化かもしれない。
国際協調の意志の無い国が２つ…当然ロシアと中華人民共和国…も、安全保障理事会の常任理事国にしているのだから、うまくいくわけないよね😝
