コロナ感染が全然収まらないのだが、日本経済は回復の兆しが見えるそうだ。
回復を引っ張るのは、個人消費と個人住宅投資（private residential investment）だそうで。
個人住宅投資にはリフォームも含まれている。
言われてみれば、

でも、この鴬のsanctuaryが失われたことで、私の家にも鴬が訪れなくなってしまった。
