本日のお題は、岸田首相の格軍縮への取り組みについてのお話。

岸田首相は国連総会（united nations general assembly）で、演説を行った。
（Fissile Materials Cutoff Treaty）の議論の再開を訴えた。
この通称「カットオフ条約/FMCT」は、核兵器用の核分裂性物質である高濃縮ウラン及びプルトニウム等の生産そのものを禁止するものである。
1996年に包括的核実験禁止条約（CTBT）が採択された後、国際社会が次に取り組むべき現実的かつ実践的な多数国間の核軍縮・不拡散措置と位置付けられているが、未だに交渉が開始されていないのだそうだ。

岸田のこの核軍縮に取り組み姿勢は表面的には素晴らしく見えるが、Daily News の記事にも、岸田がこのような姿勢を続ける理由は見抜かれている。
